Spider bite?

On Wednesday I noticed a bump on R's cheek. I thought it was a mosquito bite. By Wednesday night it was a huge red bump. Then on Thursday it had puss coming out of it. Today it is flat and drying up, but still has some puss. GROSS! We looked up spider bites on the Internet. It definitely looks like that's what has bit him. He hasn't rubbed it or acted like it bothers him. And, he's as wild as ever. So, I guess it will heal on it's own. I was going to take him to the Dr today, but since it's gotten better I didn't. I wish I had taken a picture of it at it's worse!
